We are proven experts in our industry and have had the opportunity to partner with the following organizations to create custom, highly-valuable and impactful content specifically applicable to the restaurant community.
Northern Colorado Hospitality Sector Partnership
In 2024 we collaborated with the Northern Colorado Hospitality Sector Partnership to create a specialized Career Advancement Program centered around hospitality leadership skills needed in the region. We worked with the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce with financial support of the Strong Sectors Good Jobs grant which allowed us to create the customized program and enroll 90 participants with the goal of elevating their leadership skills to advance their career pathway within hospitality sectors of restaurants, hotels and retails.
Small Business Development Centers
We have been working with SBDC's to create programs to offer to their clients all specifically designed around the restaurant and food truck industry needs at a regional and local level.
Custom built program partners have included Larimer County, Northwest Texas and Network Kansas specifically leading programs for Capitol City and SW Kansas plus more in the works.
City of Fort Collins Economic HeathĀ Office
During the pandemic we worked with the City of Fort Collin's Economic Health CenterĀ to create an exclusive restaurant specific survival guide for local restaurant owners. Content was originally created by us and then shared through city outlets to help restaurant owners navigate the heavy restrictions placed on businesses.
Town of Windsor
Growing communities can cause unforeseen challenges for businesses just like what happened in the Town of Windsor and certain businesses along a road upgrade project. Unfortunately, the road work created major transportation accessibility issues for a handful of hospitality businesses. The town recognized this concern and invested in ORA to create custom consulting opportunities to help these businesses stay afloat during the road upgrade timeline.
